The Original Paint Nite: Unleash your inner artist

The Original Paint Nite: Unleash your inner artist, from the comfort of your own home!

Staying home from school grows old pretty fast! If you’re looking for ways to entertain the little ones, join our Virtual Paint Nite geared specifically for kids. It has all the fun and interaction of a regular Yaymaker event from the comfort of your home. You are welcome to attend the event with anyone in your household on the same device--we encourage this to be a family event on a single ticket purchase (providing you're using the same device). Each ticket purchase allows access on one device--please ensure your name when you enter the meeting matches your ticket, as you will not be able to attend the event unless the host can verify your purchase.

You will need Zoom to stream our live virtual event so please go to zoom.com and download the free software. We will be sending you a Zoom link prior to your event and you will use this link to access the event. The Artist will spend a few minutes getting you acclimated to the virtual software.

For Paint Events, you will need supplies, which you can purchase from your local craft store. Canvas size is up to you, but we recommened a 12 x 16 canvas. We recommend a variety of brushes (one large flat, one medium round and one detail), paint (all primary colours--yellow, red and blue--and white and black at minimum), paper plates, a cup for water, and paper towels will be needed to clean the brushes in between colors. We do not believe that you need an easel as you can lay the canvas down on a surface which is protected by some kind of cover or plastic table cover, but it never hurts to purchase one and continue on with your creativity from day to day!

The rest is the same fun that you always experience, but in the comfort of your own home. Come in your PJ's and grab the family--it's time to get cozy and paint together, while social distancing!

Your host

Born in Krasnoyarsk, Siberia, Russia, have been in Canada for 19 years. Studied fine art in college and graduated from university with bachelor of science. I am very passionate about the art and very eager to share my knowledge and expertise and teach different styles of art - realism, impressionism, abstract and mixed media but my favourite is Old Masters Fine Art. I continue to improve my skills as an artist and take art lessons in my free time. I adore my rambunctious, funny, talented boys and treasure spending time with my loved ones . I enjoy food, wine, leading healthy life style , travelling with my amazing man and riding my motorcycle.
