Mixed Mushroom Risotto
This event will be held at 2 pm Mountain Time and will last about 1 hour, more or less.
You will learn how to make a Mixed Mushroom Risotto, the Italian way.
Just when you thought risotto is hard to make, think again. With a few great tips, from the choice of the rice to the pan to use, to the various steps, we will guide you to the most delicious creamy flavorful risotto!
Every skill is welcome.
You will need (for 2-3 people):
3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/4 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic
salt & pepper
pinch of chili flakes
3/4 cup (200 g) Carnaroli rice
150 g (about 2 cups) mixed mushrooms
2 Tbsp parsley, plus more for topping
4 cups vegetable stock
1/4 cup white wine
1/4 cup or more Parmigiano, grated
