The Original Paint Nite: Unleash your inner artist

Grab your friends and unleash your inner artist at the Original Paint Nite. You’ll go from a blank canvas to a masterpiece of your own, with plenty of laughs along the way. Guided by a talented and entertaining artist, you'll be amazed at what you create, and how much fun you have doing it.

Yaymaker events give you everything you need to get up, get out, and get making! Instruction is provided by an expert host, so no experience is required, and everything you need is supplied. Grab your friends to paint, plant, tinker, and build—and give your week something to shout about.

Wings Kelowna

We believe that a good time, family time, and great food can all happen at the same place. That’s why we opened the first Wings location in 2001, to create a restaurant where everyone can have a good time and a great meal. Our recipe is simple: create a casual atmosphere where everyone feels welcome, make award-winning food, and serve it at an affordable price. When all of those things come together, we call it Fun Dining. Why Wings? While we pride ourselves on the quality of all of our menu items, our Wings are our passion. They may be the most fun food in the world. They get people talking, sharing and comparing. Everyone has a favourite wing flavour, there's always something new to try and, of course, they taste amazing. Each wing is always fresh, never frozen and is hand rolled before being cooked according to our time-honored recipe, and then coated in any one of our 25 original flavours.

Your host

Yaymaker Host Marcia Mendes located in Kelowna, BC

Marcia began formal art lessons at the age of 11 right here in the Okanagan.  From there she graduated with honors from Capilano College's 2 year Commercial Art Program in 1985.  Shifting gears from Commercial Art back to more the Fine Arts, started an amazing journey.  Winning the BC Summer Games competition was definitely a highlight which managed to place 100 of her signed prints into corporate offices all over BC.  From there followed commissioned works, public art shows and a private show.  Currently, her passion for art extends to the children she works with daily in the school district.  Marcia truly believes there is an inner artist in all of us.
