Fundraiser:
11/06/2019 Autism Service Dog Paint Nite Fundraiser
About the cause
We are a local Vancouver Island family. My husband and I are determined to provide an Autism Service Dog for our daughter. Autism and anxiety impact EVERY aspect of Lily’s life. When Lily is overwhelmed, upset or frustrated she self-injures. It makes it very hard for Lily to participate in ‘typical’ life activities. Much of her time is spent feeling overwhelmed and frightened hiding under a blanket. \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\n A Service Dog would essentially act as a buffer between Lily and the world. Providing her with a sense of safety & security that better enable her to manage in a world that to her feels loud, busy, unpredictable and confusing.
is organizing this fundraiser on behalf of Assistance Service Dogs BC Association.
Join us as we raise glasses and funds for this worthy cause! When you buy a ticket to this event, $15 will be donated to the charity above. To date, Yaymaker has helped raise over $3.5 million for those in need with lively creative events that feel more fun than philanthropic.Feel good about giving as our local artist guides you and your friends through two hours of painting, drinking, and laughing ‘til your cheeks hurt. The best part? You don’t have to be an artist to have an amazing time.
You may reschedule or cancel tickets up to 8 hours before the event starts. Read our reschedule policy here.
Your location
A love of great coffee and locally sourced fresh food. All things motorized, has been in our blood since we were little knee slappers! Motorcycles and classic cars are a lifestyle not a hobby! The Island we live on and the people we meet are the biggest passion. Blessed to have an abundance of natural beauty surrounding us and the love of great people like yourself. This has been a long-time dream, morphing and changing over the past 15 years to what it is today.
