Yaymaker Host Trayc Dudgeon

A graduate of Humber College’s Creative Photography program in 2001, Trayc is a self taught abstract artist and professional photographer, living in Halton Hills, Ontario. Trayc started experimenting with both media at an early age, and after High School, focused on Photography as a career.  However, ten years ago she rediscovered her passion for painting and began to focus on developing her abstract style, which quickly gained attention and recognition from clients and numerous competitions. She is reprsented artist with Northwood Collections in Toronto and not only can you find printed replications of her work across Canada and the US, she has also been been featured several times on HGTV.    Painting for me has always been an explosion of creativity on canvas.  I work in a variety of styles, drawing inspiration from the small and extraordinary things that surround me, and that I enjoy. I am continuously experimenting with mixed mediums to create the unique look for my pieces. I love the creative process of how a painting takes form. I love to throw myself into my work, and it’s not uncommon for me to be wearing more paint than the canvas! Trayc Dudgeon. Halton Hills, Ontario, Canada Photographer & Abstract Painter “Art is a journey of emotions on canvas, enabling us to find and lose ourselves all at once.”
