1 large potato boiled peeled and coarsely mashed
1/2 cup green peas boiled
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder or paprika
1 tsp each cumin and coriander powder
1 tsp each chopped ginger and garlic
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped cilantro
salt to taste
3 small tortillas
1 tbsp flour
4 Tbsp cooking oil
For the tamarind dip:
2 tbsp tamarind paste
4 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp chilli powder or paprika
