BBQ Chicken Tikka 3 ways: Tandoori, Malai and Hariyali tikka
Get the BBQ sizzling with this delicious trio of Indian Chicken Kebabs.
Each has a unique taste: The Tandoori kebab has just the right spice, Malai kebab is rich and creamy and the Hariyali is a tantalizingly minty version
You can eat these as appetizers or make sandwiches in naan bread, pita or buns.
Accompanied by a mint coriander chutney.
Chicken thighs 6 piece
Yogurt 1 cup
Fresh cream 2 tbsp
2 tbsp Grated Cheese or cream cheese
Powdered spices 1tsp each
Cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, cumin, coriander, fennel, red chili powder or paprika, turmeric (Or 2tbsp garam masala or curry powder)
Grated onion 3 tbs
1 tbsp each ginger and garlic paste
4 tbsp each chopped fresh mint and cilantro
4 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp cornflour or plain flour
Onion rings, sliced tomatoes and chopped cilantro for garnish
