My name is Steph and I am a relatively new resident of Kitchener! I am currently working on my masters degree at Laurier in psychotherapy and spiritual care. I am passionate about about incorporating more creative healing modalities into my career working with mental health. Art, mindfulness, yoga, nature and animal therapy are some things I hope to specialize in! Although not a professionally trained artist, art is a huge part of my life. I find a great deal of peace, stillness and refuge from life's hardships in my paintbrush. As a host, I hope to create space and time for you to unplug from the world, relax, have fun and use that creative part of the brain!
