I am a Self Love Coach and Breathwork Facilitator specializing in teaching people how to love themselves enough to take care of themselves - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. I am incredibly passionate about helping others create a positive relationship with food and their bodies.
My work is based on my core belief: you are not broken and there’s nothing to fix! I help my clients move through fear-based thought and behavior patterns so that they can live a life they love and are proud of.
I work with clients through 1:1 in private intensive programs and small group programs.
I host virtual breathwork experiences to help facilitate healing and expansion, as well as workshops related to food, self love and mindset. My hosting style is interactive as well as informative. I'd love to see you at one of my events soon!
