Brittany is a NASM certified personal trainer and owner of Body Rebuilt Fitness. Brittany is recognized as one of the top fitness professionals in her area. Since 2012, she has helped hundreds of people safely and effectively improve their lives through physical fitness.
Starting out originally as a part-time personal trainer, Brittany grew a passion and love for helping people succeed with their fitness. In 2016, she opened Body Rebuilt as a full-time fitness facility.
Body Rebuilt offers three distinct types of fitness training; Personal Training, Group Fitness Classes, and Nutrition consulting.
The unique part about Brittany's workouts is that they aren't just a bunch of random exercises put together to make you sweat. Sweating will happen, but each workout is carefully designed with purpose and structure.
Because of recent restrictions with the COVID-19 crisis, Brittany has been hosting all of her fitness classes through the Zoom app. Participants have the luxury of still getting a great workout, but in the safety and comfort of their own homes.
