Founder, Dallas Harvey, is a special effects artist who works with both practical and digital mediums – with over 15 years of digital concept and CGI experience, Harvey has been credited with roles including lead special effects designer, key make-up effects artist, and puppeteer on many film, television, and music video productions.
In addition to taking role as author and previous-instructor of the Digital Make-Up Design curriculum for Blanche Macdonald Centre, Harvey was also responsible for curating the IMATS Vancouver Make-Up Museum 2012-2014 and featuring some of his work in Make-Up Artist Magazine, including written columns in the magazine’s Lab Tech section. Harvey is also the author of the special effects make-up program and curriculum for DHFX studio.
