Hi, I'm Haley and I teach Holy Yoga. Holy yoga is a mix of Faith and Fitness. We begin with scripture and prayer, move through movement, stretching and strengthening, and finish with meditation and more prayer. We focus more on God and less on ourselves and find ourselves transformed along the way.
My Classes are Level 1-2, designed for beginners with options for intermediate students. Slow movements with lots of directives, while I do yoga with you so that you can see the example of what I am asking for.
I pray that you are slowly changed from the inside out after Holy Yoga - physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
