Hi there! I’m Sarah and I love to cook! I never used to like trying new things but then I went vegan and all my favorite foods I no longer chose to eat, so I decided to figure out a way to veganize so classic favorites and also explore different flavors and ingredients to make some new ones! I am in grad school as well as work full time so I don’t have a ton of time on my hands. This means most of my recipes (while shown in a class format will be a bit longer) start to finish, including prep and bake time should be around or under 1 hour. Many recipes are also easy to store if you like to meal prep for the week and are looking for healthier options. I often hear people that feel intimidated by the word “vegan” or “plant based” and to be honest I used to feel the same. But I’m here to show you that there are so many easy ways to make great tasting meals using healthy items (and the occasional junk food and sweets too) and still get enough protein, feel full, and feel less intimidated by incorporating a meatless Monday or plant-based Friday to your schedule.
