Champagne Cheers to New Year's! Cocktail Class
Stuck inside on New Year's Eve? It doesn't have to be boring! Put on your fanciest New Year's Eve attire and join us to make four delicious, beautiful, fancy champagne cocktails that will rival any high-priced rooftop bar! All the fun with none of the blisters, cold or Ubers! Let's forget 2020 together and have fun as we enter this very welcome new year.

We will be making...
The Fancy Feather Boa – decadent and delicious - Yields 1
Ingredients
• 2 fluid ounces lemon juice
• 2 fluid ounces gin
• 2 teaspoons simple syrup (we will make this)
• 1 cup ice cubes
• 4 fluid ounces chilled Champagne
• 1 lemon or orange slice for garnish
• White feather (optional & not from a bird in your yard)
• Swizzle sticks
• 1 maraschino cherry for garnish
Bombshell Bustier – herbal and tantalizing - Yields 1
Ingredients
· (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger raspberry-flavored liqueur (such as Chambord®)
· 1 ½ fluid ounces simple syrup (we will make this)
· 6 sugar cubes to make simple syrup)
· 4 fluid ounces champagne
· Pine or rosemary sprig
The Ball Drop – sweet and succulent - Yields 1
Ingredients
• 1/2 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger vodka
• 1/2 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger peach schnapps
• 4 sugar cubes
• 1/4 cup champagne
• 1/4 (16 ounce) package frozen sliced peaches
• 1/4 cup orange juice (fresh preferable)
• 1/2 cup ice
• Mint leaf for garnish
The Sexy Stiletto – refreshing and bright – Yields 1
Ingredients
• 1 1/2 oz. vodka
• 1 1/2 oz. brandy
• 1 tsp. sherry (optional, but fabulous!)
• 1 1/2 oz. brut champagne
