A Night In Tuscany - An Authentic Cooking Class
Join us for a beautiful night in Tuscany, where you will learn authentic Italian cooking from Yaymaker Superhost Melanie Abrams, who was trained in this style of cooking from Kiara, a famed classic Italian chef in San Gimignano.
In this class, you will master rolling your own pici pasta (a thick spaghetti-style noodle native to Tuscany), create two authentic Italian sauces (a classic tomato and a cheesy cannellini bean), and whip up the 3 most popular Tuscan styles of bruschetta. Kids are welcome - they'll have a blast rolling the pasta and taste-testing the sauces!
