Baking Class
Join YayMaker Superhost Melanie Abrams to make a delightful and delicious array of fancy, gourmet chocolates! Better than store-bought, guaranteed! This is a great class to do as a date night, or with the kids!
You will learn how to make & decorate...
Fancy chocolate candy bars
Chocolates filled with marshmallow fluff, peanut butter and caramel (fancy & simple shapes!)
Chocolate truffles
You'll only need a few supplies for this class, like a mold, baking chocolate, some basic ingredients, and some ziplock bags. A FULL list of necessary ingredients will be sent out 10 days prior to class.
You can also purchase a kit from me, which will include: the mold & brushes & chocolates you'll need. (You'll still need to purchase a few basic food ingredients yourself). The kit is $45; email budgetbirthdaysla@gmail.com to order. Kit orders must be in 1 week prior to event.
Ticket sales from this class will benefit artists during COVID19.
