Make some more YAY this week and come on out to an Original Paint Nite party at Mimi's Cafe (Downey), your new favorite local spot. You'll laugh and lift a glass with your favorite people and oh yeah, create a masterpiece step-by-step in under two hours. Our master artist Sofia Samarah will guide you through the whole process - no matter what your experience level, you'll be amazed at what you can do. Follow the steps to make your chosen painting or go rogue and create something all your own! Anything goes. At Yaymaker, we are all about that extra YAY in your week and helping you explore your creative side.

Where American comfort meets French flair! In just about two hours, while you’re sipping on a glass of wine, beer, or cocktail, our artist will guide you through a painting step-by-step. At the end of the night, take home your own unique masterpiece--you will be amazed with what you can do! Please note: there is not food and drink included in your ticket price and events are 21+ and are not BYOB.  Seating is first come, first served. Please try to arrive 30 minutes before the event to get a good seat and place a food or drink order with your server before the event begins. Please remember that Paint Nite is an entertainment service, therefore tipping your artist is greatly appreciated!

Your host

Yaymaker Host Sofia Samarah located in Long Beach, CA

" Ever since Sofia’s kindergarten teacher told her she was painting wrong, her family encouraged her to explore the artistic world. Following years of exploration in different mediums such as drawing, painting, ceramics, and even earning a degree in Digital Photography, she never met an art form she didn't love. Sofia hopes to show people how to embrace their creativity by reinforcing that there is no “wrong way” to create. Currently, she is creating paintings and jewelry using artist resin and pigments, as well as working as a photographer in the Los Angeles area. "
