The Original Paint Nite: Unleash your inner artist

Why buy art when you can fill that hole on your wall with a masterpiece made by your own hand? At an Original Paint Nite party you'll have the most fun night out AND come away with a handmade work of art. No experience necessary – our master artist Sofia Samarah will guide you through all the steps to go from blank canvas to fully finished painting in just two hours, all while you share laughs with your favorite people and maybe even a glass of wine or two. See what all the fuss is about and come on out to Mimi's Cafe (Downey) in Downey this Friday night and do a little something different this week! At Yaymaker, we provide everything you need to come together and create new memories. Join us and experience the joy of a Yaymaker night out!

Where American comfort meets French flair! In just about two hours, while you’re sipping on a glass of wine, beer, or cocktail, our artist will guide you through a painting step-by-step. At the end of the night, take home your own unique masterpiece--you will be amazed with what you can do! Please note: there is not food and drink included in your ticket price and events are 21+ and are not BYOB.  Seating is first come, first served. Please try to arrive 30 minutes before the event to get a good seat and place a food or drink order with your server before the event begins. Please remember that Paint Nite is an entertainment service, therefore tipping your artist is greatly appreciated!

Your host

Yaymaker Host Sofia Samarah located in Long Beach, CA

" Ever since Sofia’s kindergarten teacher told her she was painting wrong, her family encouraged her to explore the artistic world. Following years of exploration in different mediums such as drawing, painting, ceramics, and even earning a degree in Digital Photography, she never met an art form she didn't love. Sofia hopes to show people how to embrace their creativity by reinforcing that there is no “wrong way” to create. Currently, she is creating paintings and jewelry using artist resin and pigments, as well as working as a photographer in the Los Angeles area. "
