Where American comfort meets French flair! Mimi's was first opened in 1978 by an American Airman who wanted to bring a little bit of Paris to America. Now Mimi's Cafe is bringing French cuisine to many locations across the US. Don’t forget to try Mimi’s famous croissants or their all-day breakfast. Be sure to pair one of their classic French dishes, like baked Brie or Steak Frites with a glass of wine or a mimosa. If French cuisine isn’t your thing, you can find comfort in American classics like Chicken Pot Pie. Delicious house wine is $5 a glass! In just about two hours, while you’re sipping on a glass of wine, beer, or cocktail, our artist will guide you through a painting step-by-step. At the end of the night, take home your own unique masterpiece--you will be amazed by what you can do! Please note: there is not food and drink included in your ticket price and events are 21+ and are not BYOB. Seating is first come, first served. Please try to arrive 30 minutes before the event to get a good seat and place a food or drink order with your server before the event begins. Please remember that Paint Nite is an entertainment service, therefore tipping your artist is greatly appreciated! No matter what you’re eating or drinking, if you’re looking for the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine for girl’s night out, you’re sure to love Paint Nite at Mimi’s! Howard Gindoff likes to have fun. And he’s gotten an enormous amount of it from being an accomplished fine arts painter, an obsessive/compulsive professional cartoonist and illustrator and even occasionally a stand up comedian. As a child he once painted a mural around the entire inside of his family’s suburban New Jersey home just while his parents were out for the afternoon visiting friends. Howard’s reply at the time to their expressions of horror upon their return? “Don’t blame me for the awful things I do! For I am an artist!” To this day Howard still vehemently defends freedom of artistic expression. In his opinion, “Suspending self-judgment, letting go, and just having pure fun with paint is one of the greatest things any person can do with his clothes on!” He delights in sharing his personal philosophy while drinking in pursuit of higher forms of expression with an ever widening circle of friends at PaintNite!
