Allow Extra time for parking. There is a rear lot off of Enderle Center Drive and Vandenberg Ln. Before there was an Enderle Center, there was an El Torito. Established in 1954 by Larry Cano, the south-of-the-border eatery has been at the Enderle location since December 1973. Their mission is to provide the best fresh Mexican food in a casual family-oriented environment. Chefs master the artistry of the Sonoran style culinary traditions to make dining at El Torito an unforgettable experience. Everything on the menu is made from scratch using the finest fresh ingredients, including their signature fajitas, tostadas and tamales. Company executive chef Pepe Lopez creates the “Chef’s Specials” that change every few months to highlight culinary artistry from different regions. Cadilac Margaritas originated with El Torito’s innovative mixologists. Be sure to check out their lunch buffet during the week and their Sunday Brunch feast. They also have a weekday Happy Hour with $3 drinks and reduced prices on all appetizers. Regional Director, Ruben Garcia, started with the company in 1984 as a server and worked his way up. As a people person, he loves what he does and can’t picture himself anywhere else. Ruben likes to transmit happiness to his fellow employees and to restaurant guests. He strives to keep the quality of food and service consistent throughout the various restaurants and makes frequent visits to each location to the food and interacts with staff. Ruben’s goal is to embody the El Torito philosophy of “mi case es su casa,” or “my house is your house.”
Hi! I love to paint and create in any medium I can get my hands on! I was born and raised in South Orange County where I was given the chance to find my passions as a young person. As I young adult I was given the chance to move out of state for college where I studied for a Bachelors in Fine Art. During that time I traveled the world, gaining knowledge and inspiration from experiences and poeple of all walks of life. At my painting events, having fun and being kind are my main goals. Regardless of experience, I think everyone can be creative and hopefully I can help you along the way. My jokes are terrible, but my strokes are much better. I love to dance, sing, and paint, so if you are ready for that come on through for a experience where you can take away more than just a painting.
