In this live, virtual class, you'll meal prep for the week with Batch Cooking Club founder, Stephanie Dreyer. She will take you through a 2-hour batch cooking session to prepare 5 plant-based recipes and show you how to turn them into meals later in the week. parchment paper or a silpat mat

Dutch oven or stockpot 

8x8 baking pan

2 large mixing bowls

food processor or blender
