Beer Pizza Dough
Hello and thank you for giving me this opportunity to teach you a fun and helpful recipes. My name is Trish, I am prior Army, with a ton of culinary experiences and shortcuts.
I am in Mountain Time Zone 630 PM if you are in Pacific 530 PM if you are in Eastern 830 PM
This experience will be limited to 10 people, this will allow for better communication. Please make sure to share your video, this helps with seeing where you are at during the experience. There are chat options, so I can type information in for the entire group, or you can chat with me. It can get a little noisy, also sometimes people will break in and out if there is more than one person talking. There is a raised hand option, this way we have one person talking at a time. Beer Pizza Dough:
All purpose unbleached flour, baking powder, salt, 1 -12 ounce beer any flavor( Must be real beer or it will not work right) and olive oil
Now for the pizza: You can use spaghetti sauce, pizza sauce or Alfredo ( You Pick each flavor of beer will change the flavor of the breed)
Now pick your toppings this is your pizza after all: Cheese (Any Flavor) sausage, chicken, olives, mushrooms, peppers, bell peppers, pepperoni, Canadian Bacon, Bacon ect.
Trish is patient with everyone. She answers all questions and engages everyone. Her teaching methods are definitely conducive to learning and are so much fun.
This class was fun and engaging. Host worked through technical issues and we had plenty of time still.
The recipe was good. A much lighter meal than eating in the Chinese restaurant. I will make this again. I purchased a lot of ingredients that we didn't use and that were not mentioned. My fault for not asking more questions. On a zoom call I really do thin
