Hello and thank you for giving me this opportunity to teach fun and helpful recipes. My name is Trish, a Licensed Partner for Yaymaker, I am prior Army, with a ton of culinary experiences and shortcuts.
I am in Mountain Time Zone 3:30 PM, If you are in Pacific 2:30 PM, If you are in Eastern 5:30 PM
What you will need for this experience: Pen and Paper to take down the recipe, we all work at different speeds, I alot 2 hours per each experience, though the entire time may not be needed. We do not have to rush, there is plenty of time for you to ask questions, do not feel shy, everyone is here to learn.

12 ounces bacon, 2 pound pork beer sausage, large yellow onion, black pepper, salt, 2 cloves garlic, minced, oregano, thyme, basil, 1 bay leaf, 4 cups chicken broth, 12 ounces Guinness or other stout beer, 2 pounds red potatoes, cut into large chunks

Large Dutch Oven or Skillet that can go into the oven, Measuring Cups, Measuring Spoons, Cutting Board, Wash Rag, Large Cutting Knife and Mixing Spoon
