How to make Quick Orange Chicken
I am in Mountain Time Zone 12 PM, If you are in Pacific 11 AM, If you are in Eastern 2 PM. I alot 2 hours per each experience, though this time may not be needed. We do not have to rush, there is plenty of time for you to ask questions, do not feel shy, everyone is here to learn.
INGREDIENTS: MUST HAVE:
4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts or Thighs cut into bite-size pieces (The sauce is also great over premade chicken tenders or nuggets) or beef, shrimp and vegetables about 2 lbs
Eggs beaten *Cornstarch *flour *2 to 3 Cups Oil for frying *2 Cups Orange Juice *Sugar *Rice Vinegar or White Vinegar
Soy Sauce *reduced Sodium Soy or you can use tamari for a gluten-free dish *grated fresh ginger or powder * fresh garlic minced or powder and *red Chili Flakes
Orange Zest from 1 orange *¼ chopped green onions * Sesame Seeds
Garnish: *¼ cup diced green onion *2 Tablespoons sesame seeds (black, white or mix)
ITEMS YOU MIGHT ADD: multi color bell peppers, yellow onion,broccoli, bean sprouts, pea pods, mushrooms, mini corn, cabbage, celery and tomato
2 cups white rice be it instant or whole grain,
Cooking Utensils and pans you will need: Large knife, fork, small bowl, 2 medium bowls, grater, measuring cups, measuring spoons, 2 quart saucepan, fryer or medium saucepan to fry in and spatula

What you will need for this experience: Pen and Paper to take down the recipe, We all work at different speeds
I give the recipe at the beginning, then teach what the steps are as we go. Internet connection/speed, time of cooking, altitude and weather, are factors in our cooking methods and time.
This experience will be limited to 20 people, this will allow for better communication. Please make sure to share your video if you can, this helps with seeing where you are during the experience. It can get a little noisy, please mute yourself, if too many people are talking or other sounds, it will make it difficult to hear what I am teaching and to communicate properly.
