Mongolian Beef or Chicken
This is taught in Mountain Time Zone times for other zones: 3:30p Pacific or 6:30p Eastern Time
INGREDIENTS
Vegetable oil, cloves garlic, minced fresh ginger, multi color bell peppers, yellow onion, red pepper flakes Must use low-sodium soy sauce or your food will be very salty, water, brown sugar, 1 lb. Chicken or flank steak sliced thinly against the grain, cornstarch, 1 chopped green onion for garnish and sesame seeds (black, white or mix)
2 cups white rice be it instant or whole grain
Head of lettuce, flat bread "it is taught right before this experience"
