This is taught in Mountain Time Zone times for other zones:  3:30p Pacific or 6:30p Eastern Time 


Vegetable oil, cloves garlic, minced fresh ginger, multi color bell peppers, yellow onion, red pepper flakes  Must use low-sodium soy sauce or your food will be very salty, water, brown sugar, 1 lb. Chicken or flank steak sliced thinly against the grain, cornstarch, 1 chopped green onion for garnish and sesame seeds (black, white or mix) 

2 cups white rice be it instant or whole grain 

Head of lettuce, flat bread "it is taught right before this experience" 

Flat Bread 

flour (all purpose flour)




 oil (for cooking)

Mixing bowl, measuring cups, measuring spoons, frying pan

If you want to use pork or hamburger I love to mix it up and do our own twist on things  - Bwahahahahaaa

The recipe was good. A much lighter meal than eating in the Chinese restaurant. I will make this again. I purchased a lot of ingredients that we didn't use and that were not mentioned. My fault for not asking more questions. On a zoom call I really do thin
