How to make Quick Orange Chicken
Hello and thank you for giving me this opportunity to teach fun and helpful recipes. My name is Trish, a Licensed Partner for Yaymaker, I am prior Army, with a ton of culinary experiences and shortcuts.
I am in Mountain Time Zone 4 PM, If you are in Pacific 3 PM, If you are in Eastern 6 PM
I alot 2 hours for the experience though it may not be needed, this will depend on each person's skills. Take your time, ask me to repeat it is ok.
What you will need for this experience: I give the recipe at the beginning, then teach what the steps are as we go. Internet connection/speed, time of cooking, altitude and weather, are factors in our cooking methods and time.
INGREDIENTS: MUST HAVE:
4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts or Thighs (cut into bite-size pieces 2 to 3 inch in size (The sauce is also great over pre-made chicken tenders or nuggets)
Alternates: Beef, shrimp and vegetables about 2 lbs
2 Eggs beaten *Cornstarch *flour * 3 to 4 Cups Oil for frying *2 Cups Orange Juice *Sugar *Rice Vinegar or White Vinegar
Soy Sauce or *reduced Sodium Soy or you can use tamari for a gluten-free dish *grated fresh ginger or powder * fresh garlic minced or powder and *red Chili Flakes
Orange Zest from 1 orange about 2 Tablespoons Garnish: *¼ cup diced green onion *2 Tablespoons sesame seeds (black, white or mix)
ITEMS YOU MIGHT ADD: multi color bell peppers, yellow onion Cut into bite size pieces 2 to 3 inches
Cooking Utensils and pans you will need: Large knife, fork, small bowl, 2 medium bowls, grater, measuring cups, measuring spoons, 2 quart saucepan, fryer or medium saucepan to fry in and spatula
