What you will need for this experience: Pen and Paper to take down the recipe, We all work at different speeds, I alot 2 hours per each experience, though this time may not be needed. We do not have to rush, there is plenty of time for you to ask questions, do not feel shy, everyone is here to learn.

I give the recipe at the beginning, then teach what the steps are as we go. Internet connection/speed, time of cooking, altitude and weather, are factors in our cooking methods and time.
INGREDIENTS: MUST HAVE:
*1 to 2 lbs. Chicken or Best Steak is Flank however, any steak will do, Shrimp or Veggies *Vegetable oil *Cloves garlic or powdered *Minced fresh ginger or powdered *Red pepper flakes *Low sodium soy sauce *Water *Brown sugar *Cornstarch
Garnish: *¼ cup diced green onion *2 Tablespoons sesame seeds (black, white or mix)
ITEMS YOU MIGHT ADD: multi color bell peppers, yellow onion,broccoli, bean sprouts, pea pods, mushrooms, mini corn, cabbage, celery and tomato
2 cups white rice be it instant or whole grain,
Cooking Utensils and pans you will need: large cutting knife, fork, medium bowl, grater, measuring cups, measuring spoons, 2 quart saucepan, fryer or medium saucepan to fry in, cutting board and spatula
