Beer Cheese Potato and Broccoli
Hello and thank you for giving me this opportunity to teach fun and helpful recipes. My name is Trish, a Licensed Partner for Yaymaker, I am prior Army, with a ton of culinary experiences and shortcuts.

What you will need for this experience: Pen and Paper to take down the recipe, we all work at different speeds, I alot 2 hours per each experience, though the entire time may not be needed. We do not have to rush, there is plenty of time for you to ask questions, do not feel shy, everyone is here to learn.
2 pounds potatoes (be it russet, red, ect) peeled and cubed ( I leave skins on 2 potatoes), salted butter, 1 small onion-diced, 2 cloves of garlic-minced, 1 stalk celery-diced, whole milk or cream, stout or chicken broth, worcestershire sauce, 2 chicken bouillon cubes, salt, ground mustard, pepper, shredded cheddar cheese, Chopped Fresh steamed Broccoli
Mix ins: Seasoned croutons, crumbled cooked bacon, diced ham, minced chives, French Fried Onions ect
Large Cooking Pot, Small Cooking Pot, Frying Pan, Measuring Cups, Measuring Spoons, Mixing Spoon, Cutting Board, Large Knife and Wash Rag
