CARMINE'S is a fresh from scratch kitchen. Our appetizers, pasta, entrees and desserts combine old-world traditional Italian flavor with a modern flair for presentation, and the freshest ingredients around. Menu staples like calamari, shrimp risotto, fettucine carbonara and housemade ravioli are paired with unique recipes like papparadelle with sausage and chicken milanese. We staffed our kitchen with a dream team of local chefs and you can tell instantly!
