Yaymaker events give you everything you need to get up, get out, and get making! Instruction is provided by an expert host, so no experience is required, and everything you need is supplied. Grab your friends to paint, plant, tinker, and build—and give your week something to shout about.

Brandy Pete's, a longtime Landmark in Boston's Financial District, was established as a restaurant in 1933 (at the end of Prohibition) by Pete Sabia. It was located at 80 Broad Street, diagonally left of Franklin Street, and a two minute walk from its current location. A Brandy drinker, Peter was often seen talking with customers having a snifter in his hand. It became tradition that anyone who was new to Pete's, or complained about the food or service, etc. had to buy Pete a Brandy, hence the name "Brandy Pete's". It is the goal of the establishment to carry on the tradition of providing a friendly atmosphere featuring an honest drink, a wide-ranging, moderately priced menu, from salads and sandwiches to steaks and fine dining entrees in the evening, with fast and attentive service. We hope you enjoy your experience and will tell others about what is new at Pete's!

Yaymaker Host Annie Harrington located in Marlborough, MA

Annie is a a fun-loving artist who just graduated from Lesley Art & Design. She is in graduate school now for Art Teacher Education. She mostly paints in oil, watercolor, and acrylic but she also loves creamics and printmaking. She’s done large murals in NYC, painted the insides of churches in Chicago, and exhibited prints and drawings in a Square in Florence, Italy. She loves to travel, drink wine, jam to Lauryn Hill, and swim in any body of water that she comes across. She also bartends some nights downtown and her drink of choice is a Passionfriut Margarita! She thrives off meeting new people and making art.
