Strum to your own tune this week at a Create a Ukelele event. That's right, in just two hours you will envision, paint, build and tune your very own tiny instrument that really works! Take it home for a jam session, hang it on your wall, or give the gift of music, no matter what you'll be amazed at what you can do. No experience necessary, our master crafter Mark Hancock Hecox will walk you through step-by-step. Yaymaker events always give you all you need to create something new and add a whole lot of YAY to your week.

Democracy Brewing

Democracy Brewing is a unique venue that opened their doors in the heart of Downtown Crossing in July 2018, allowing private events to take place in their rustic-inspired space that pays homage to old-world pubs and wooden artistry. An employed owned co-op, Democracy was co-founded by James Razsa and Jason Taggart, who were passionate about opening up a community space for people to gather, drink great beer, enjoy delicious food and show how a business can successfully be democratically governed and employee owned. For more information on Democracy Brewing, visit www.democracybrewing.com and follow us on all of our social media accounts.
