The Kirkland Tap & Trotter showcases dishes that Chef Maws enjoys at home with friends and family. The beverage program features a large beer list, and an expansive wine by the glass list tilting toward Old World terroir and funky wines. David Daykin, one of Yaymaker's most experienced Hosts, was born and raised in Somerville, Massachusetts. He is considered one of the more energetic hosts at Yaymaker. He has been described as having a blue collar mentality with an artsy side.
