Dance styles in Hip-Hop, Dancehall, Afrobeat and Salsa blended with a HIIT workout that will make you sweat all while engaging the legs, waistline and arms. It's a complete full body workout. The playlist is diverse with today's top hits, throw back themed, artist vs artists and global inspirations.
Afterwards I will share my journey and way for you to make your own Moon cycle journal. Learn how to track your menstrual cycle with the moon, practice affirmations and understand your body better.
