NU Kitchen is the work of founder and CEO Joshua Van Dyke. The cafe seats 60 people, with 12 counter seats along the window, and accommodates everything from casual dining to meet-ups. Customers have the option to dine in or take orders to go.
We pride ourselves on sourcing local ingredients and all-natural meats for our menu, which spans breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with items like breakfast burritos, salad and grain bowls, wraps, soups, and even a selection of local craft beers and creative cocktails.
