Sandy's Deli began in 2011 when the owner, Adam Reed, started making cheesecakes under the name Sandy's Cheesecakes. The idea for Sandy's Deli however, started many years before that. Growing up, Adam loved spending time in the kitchen with his mother, Sandy Sue Reed. She instilled a passion for cooking and dreamt of opening her own restaurant. When Adam was just 12 years old, Sandy passed away from cancer. Now, in 2019, after many years of following his passion for cooking, Adam is finally able to open his own restaurant in memory of Sandy and share their passion with others.
