If you are coming with a group (yay, how fun!) make sure you arrive 30 minutes before to secure seats together. If you arrive early to eat first, please tell the host that you are attending the Plant Nite event. Head over to secure your seats, then enjoy your dinner!

One of the longest running establishments in Historical Soulard, the Great Grizzly Bear has become synonymous with Soulard history stemming back nearly 30 years. Although it has changed ownership at times, the GGB has kept its traditional brick decor and hides one of Soulard's best secrets - it's "Bear" garden (patio). The patio is nestled between historical buildings, brick pavers, and tranquilly shaded by many trees making it the most natural and surreal patios in all of Soulard. There are many tables, an outdoor bar, soft lighting and background music for our patrons' enjoyment.

Make sure you bring your appetite, the GGB has a full menu of good ole' wholesome Americana food with special twists of the all time favorites- Bear burgers, The Grizzly with jalapenos and pepperjack cheese, fresh mozzarella wedges to the ultimate patio favorites of s mores and fondu desserts brought right out to your table . The only thing required is a healthy appetite!

Not only has The Great Grizzly Bear established itself as an eatery classic but the music entertainment on the weekends brings soul, blues, and rock & roll to another level on stage every Friday and Saturday night.
