Paint Nite: Sailing into the Sunset III
The Original Paint Nite: Unleash your inner artist
This week, your favorite local bar becomes the most rocking art museum, full of your own creations! At the Original Paint Nite, a talented local artist will take you through all the steps from blank canvas to finished painting, all while you drink, laugh (and maybe even dance to some tunes). It's a party and a class all at once! No experience necessary, just bring your friends and your fun and we'll do the rest. At Yaymaker, we provide all you need to get up, get making, and get to exploring your creative side.
It all began in 1966 when Joe Donovan’s invested his life savings in his dream of opening a tavern bearing his name. That dream became a reality in Woodside Queens, where Joe’s welcoming charm attracted a loyal following of local Irish immigrants, notable politicians and sports figures. Soon, regulars affectionately dubbed the restaurant “House of Eats” for its exceptional burgers, steaks and plentiful trimmings. Today, Donovan’s is a favorite among locals, business people, shoppers and anyone else seeking a great meal, a beautiful location, and world-class service. Hi my name is Jen I am married and a stay at home mom . I have a 5 year old and a 3 year old . I have been painting since I am 8 years old and it been hard to do that at home with babies. I started going to paint night about three years ago and thought it was such a brilliant idea. How much fun adult conversations, laughs , wine and best of all painting ! After a while I thought this would be such a fun job for me to be able to do what I love. I am social and love to laugh and have fun. I would love to share my talent with a group of people looking to have a great time with friends . We all need time to breath and relax company. I've been teaching paint nite for two years now and it has been so much fun can't wait for more events to come.
