Hello! My name is Kiki Carrillo. I'm a recent MFA graduate from The New York Academy of Art with a concentration in painting. I enjoy painting portraits because I find them to be the most challenging and exciting. I also love to explore how color functions in a painting and how to make a painting shine and sparkle. When I was a young girl, I knew I wanted to become a painter after learning about the glorious Van Gogh. I'm thrilled to be a Paint Nite instructor and have the opportunity to share the joy of the painting process over a tasty drink!
