At the Original Paint Nite, you'll surprise yourself with what you can do in just two hours when you go from blank canvas to completed masterpiece, all while enjoying wine, snacks and upbeat tunes at your new favorite local venue, Essex NYC (East Village). No experience necessary, our master artist Bernard Garcia will walk you through all the steps and entertain you along the way. Come out early for extra drinks and a bite to eat and make a night of it! At Yaymaker, we are all about helping you connect and create, share new experiences, and make memories!

Our entrance is on Rivington Street. There is a municipal parking garage on Essex Street, directly across from the restaurant. Take the F, J, M or Z train to the Delancey/Essex Street Station. Bernard Garcia graduated from the New York Academy of Art with a Master of Fine Arts in Painting. Bernard has been hosting Paint Nite events for several years and continues with creative experiences through Yaymaker. Bernard encourages guests to make creations their own and enjoys seeing guests surprise themselves with fantastic creations! Bernard paints daily in his Bushwick studio.
