CocuSocial Korean Bimbimbap Class

Bibimbap, which means "mixed rice" in Korean, is a traditional dish consisting of rice, a variety of veggies, and protein. Talk about hitting some major food groups! Plus, if you love making your own salad or grain bowls, you're sure to love this class!

Gochujang is the spicy-sweet traditional chili paste incorporated into Korean Bibimbap. If you're looking for the real deal, you can find it at your nearest fine fair market. Otherwise, Chef Duane's recipe will allow you to make your own variation.

No experience is required! You will receive an email with the equipment and ingredients list required to replicate the meal from your own kitchen. Most ingredients can also be easily substituted with what you have on hand. However, here's a list of the key ingredients you'll want to consider having with you to cook along with the chef: white or jasmine rice, mirin or rice wine vinegar, cucumber, scallion, shiitake mushrooms, spinach, cabbage, ginger, carrots, eggs, steak of choice (can subsititute pork), garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, fish sauce, granulated sugar, sea salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
