Imagine yourself in the bustling streets of exciting Barcelona while exploring the world of Spanish Tapas from your own kitchen! In this class you will learn three classic small plate recipes that are sure to impress your tastebuds.
Join Chef Duane in his Long Island Kitchen as he enlightens you on the background of Tapas culture, before taking you through the step-by-step instructions of how to construct each of the selected dishes. You will make your own Tortilla Espanola (Spanish Omelette), Garlic Shrimp, and Ham Croquettes. Get ready to sauté, roll, fry, and flip to your heart's content.
No experience is required! You will receive an email with the equipment and ingredients list required to replicate the meal from your own kitchen. Most ingredients can also be easily substituted with what you have on hand. However, here's a list of the key ingredients you'll want to consider having with you to cook along with the chef: olive oil, all purpose flour, milk, chicken stock or broth, nutmeg, paprika, sea salt, black pepper, minced ham, bread crumbs, large eggs, potatoes, onion, garlic, red pepper flakes, shrimp, brandy or sherry, lemon, chopped parsley, and your choice of bread for dipping,
