Our philosophy is to encapsulate in our wines the essence of the grape and all it offers for that season through our traditional handcrafted winemaking methods. We are committed to using a minimal amount of chemicals in the production of our grapes and in the creation of our wines. We produce a classic style of whites and reds, using Appalachian oak barrels. Our fruit wines are made from our estate grown fruit. These wines are 100% fruit with no added flavorings, concentrates or essence. Our goal is to make wine from the fruit of the tree and earth just as we make wine from the fruit of the vine.
