O’Brien’s Pub is located in the fifth ward district of Newport, Rhode Island, and has been operated continuously since 1945. Our current operation was established in 1979, and has continued to be a local favorite among Newport residents and tourists alike. O’Brien’s Pub is open 364 days a year and is available to host large functions and special parties. In summer months, the outdoor garden patio has grown to seat over 175 customers and is an enjoyable place to meet for cocktails and to sit for lunch or dinner. Children are typically kept busy by our play fish fountain located in the center of the patio. In winter months, the fireplace adds warmth and coziness to the pub. During day time hours, video games, pool tables, and our five TV’s offer entertainment to all ages. For over 25-years O'Brien's Pub has been one of Newport's favorites. Stop by summer or winter and join the party.
Devyn, aka “Doodles” is a free-spirit making her way into the land of Paint Nite! Along with having a beautiful painting by the the end of the night she’ll probably get you dancing and leave with a new friend or two. Doodles is a multi-media artist and a jackie-of-all-trades, so to keep it short she currently loves (but beware, this changes often!) performing at story-telling events, writing poetry, using her gold hot glue gun on just about everything and welding!!. That being said, painting will always be her go-to, feel good activity.
