Flavors of the true Southwest Life is about balance, and the same holds true for great food and drink. We utilize regional fresh offerings and combine special Southwestern ingredients into something that not only tantalize the palate, but make you feel like you are right there immersed in the environment. At Tortilla Union Southwest Grill, our goal is to celebrate the spirit of the Southwest... but recognize that many regions of the world have contributed to create what we know as southwestern cuisine. We believe "it's not the destination, but the journey," and we intend to make every day an important celebration of people and flavors from all over the southwest. Get ready for a wonderful journey with us!
#TeamMarian I was born into a creative family where I learned an appreciation for art and music from an early age. I've always been fascinated by the stories that can be told by the most mundane or unrefined objects and the rooms that they're in. This, along with my love for film and television led me to Broadview Entertainment Arts University, where I got my BFA in Entertainment Design. I bring my love of history, architecture, design, and painting together to help give life to stories, using my background with painting and sculpting along with digital tools like 3d modeling and digital matte painting. I think that there is an artist in everybody, and that the value in creating is found mostly in the process, and not just the final product. "In painting, you have unlimited power. You have the ability to move mountains. You can bend rivers. But when I get home, the only thing I have power over is the garbage." -Bob Ross
