Paint Your Pet Events 2
Paint Your Pet: Capture your beastie's best side
Paint Nite loves Pets, and we think they deserve their own portrait painted by the person who knows & loves them best - YOU!
Purchase a ticket first, and then email us a clear, well lit photo of your furry friend (just one pet at a time, please!), and we'll get the creative process started for you by transferring your image on to a canvas, so you can dive right in. Email address to send pet photo will be sent only to registered participants. The first reminder email will be sent on 6/28/19.
We'll provide everything you need to make your own masterpiece. You only need to bring your creativity and a positive attitude! But there will be food, beer, wine, and cocktails available for sale--to provide some extra inspiration.
There will be 3 artists running this event: April, Taylor, and Vi.
DEADLINE: PHOTOS MUST BE RECEIVED BY 7/14/19. NO EXCEPTIONS. You MUST have purchased a ticket before emailing in your photo. Emailed photos without a corresponding name on the manifest list will NOT be used. Email address to send pet photo will be given only to registered participants. The first reminder email will be sent on 6/28/19.
Due to the extra preparation time, no refunds will be given and no discount offers will apply to this event. Doors open at 1:30 pm, and painting begins promptly at 2:00 pm.
Although much has changed (now three locations and a microbrewery), we remain firmly dedicated to our original goal; provide our customers world-class handcrafted beer and food in a warm, friendly environment. As Squatters grew we embraced the Triple Bottom Line philosophy of People Planet Profit. We source healthy ingredients and use environmentally friendly products and services from within our local eco-region. We develop long-term relationships with farmers, growers and suppliers so we know exactly what is, and is not, in the products we buy. We choose to support local non-profit organizations. We buy BlueSky wind power and are continuously working to reduce our carbon footprint. We believe these and other practices contribute to a healthy community and environment, locally and globally, making our city a better place to live, work, and drink world-class Squatters beers.
#TeamMarian I was born into a creative family where I learned an appreciation for art and music from an early age. I've always been fascinated by the stories that can be told by the most mundane or unrefined objects and the rooms that they're in. This, along with my love for film and television led me to Broadview Entertainment Arts University, where I got my BFA in Entertainment Design. I bring my love of history, architecture, design, and painting together to help give life to stories, using my background with painting and sculpting along with digital tools like 3d modeling and digital matte painting. I think that there is an artist in everybody, and that the value in creating is found mostly in the process, and not just the final product. "In painting, you have unlimited power. You have the ability to move mountains. You can bend rivers. But when I get home, the only thing I have power over is the garbage." -Bob Ross
