About Us

We aim to provide a small-town pub atmosphere in a modern environment, with a wide variety of beer and food. We strive to use local ingredients in everything we make, tying our business to our community in a meaningful way. 

At our Fairfax location you will find all the things you love about Caboose, but in a more communal and casual setting. We offer a full coffeehouse, in addition to the great beer and food that is part of Caboose. Dogs are welcome on our patio (only), all year long!

We are a cashless establishment, and please no outside food. We have a full service kitchen. All of our pastries, bread, and desserts are made in-house and change daily. We will charge you for baked goods brought in from the outside. Order your custom cupcakes and to-go pastries, here. Note: Paint Nites are on the upper level loft areas, which are not wheelchair accessible; there are also no elevators
