I am a Disney-obsessed personal trainer with a passion for creative expression. When I'm not running trails or triathlons I am at home working on my latest creative idea. My husband and I stay busy with our two kids out exploring the outdoors or learning new hobbies.
I grew up in Cedar City and I am looking forward to showing my kids all the wonderful things this beautiful area has to offer.
I look forward to making many new friends and learning more in my newest passion at Paint Nite.
