$39/pp + tax

*This is a discount from our usual PE pricing of $49/pp + tax. We ask for a $200 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.

Where Does The Fundraised Money Go?

We’ll PayPal donations to the event organizer to forward to the cause/non-profit organization, so make sure you send us the corresponding email. Yaymaker does not send money directly to your foundation/cause.

Entry Fees & Donations for Your Guests

Most people sell tickets for $5-10 over our ticket price, but that choice is up to you. Just keep in mind that the difference between your ticket price and ours becomes the donation.

For example, if you sell tickets to your painting event for $50 (excluding taxes), each ticket will donate $11.

FAQ’s

The minimum amount of guests we take is 15 people, but the skies are the limit!

Ideally, painting fundraisers should be scheduled 4–8+ weeks before the desired event date.

Payments are due 7–10 days before in-person events or 14 days before virtual.

We need all mailing addresses 14 days before your event (21 days during the holidays).

Does it need to be a registered charity? It does not. We trust that the organizer is donating the funds to a genuine cause.
