About Us
Hidden Brook Winery is located in a log cabin away from the hustle and bustle of its surrounding city of Leesburg. HBW officially opened in September 2001 and is one of the 10 original wineries opened in Loudoun County. Currently there over 67 wineries in Loudoun County alone! The owners, Eric and Deb Hauck's favorite varietals are the French-American hybrids Vidal Blanc and Chambourcin. Eric is drawn to the Italian style type of wines. This means the wines are typically fruit-forward and low in tannin, for a smooth, easy-drinking wine from start to finish. Today, HBW has 14 different wines on their tasting menu including a variety of robust reds (Cabernet, Merlot, Chambourcin and several select Reserve Reds), a new Rose for the Spring/Summer (gorgeous flavor!) and classic crisp Whites (Vidal Blanc, Reserve White etc). An extended chocolate pairing tasting is available for those who love food and wine pairings!
